Development of Learning Achievement about the Reproductive System in the Academic Program Health and Physical Education by Using Cooperative learning Method Co-op-Co-op for Prathom Suksa 6 students

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to compare the development of students' academic achievement before and after study about the Reproductive System in the Academic Program Health and Physical Education using Cooperative learning method  Co-op-Co-op and  2) to study students’ satisfaction with Cooperative learning method  Co-op-Co-op. The samples were obtained by cluster sampling of 43 Student for Prathom Suksa 6 students in Sacred Heart College. This research is an action research design through one group pretest-posttest design. The research instruments included1) a lesson plan 2) an academic achievement test, and 3)a questionnaire on student satisfaction with Cooperative learning method Co-op-Co-op.The data were analyzed uses of mean, standard deviation and percentage.

The results of the research were as fallows.

1. for students who participated in the Cooperative learning method  Co-op-Co-op, students’ academic achievement during the posttest period was higher than that during the pretest period with a statistical significance level of 0.05

2. overall satisfaction with Cooperative learning method  Co-op-Co-op was at a high level. An aspect with the highest mean of application in daily life (( = 4.68, S.D. = 1.14)
