The Effects of Using the Instruction Package Taught by Demonstration in Basic Career Subject for Mathayomsuksa 2nd Students

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1)develop the Instructional package taught by demonstration to be the criterion 80/80; 2) compare the achievements before and after learning using the Instructional package taught by demonstration; and 3) find the effectiveness index of the Instructional package taught by demonstration. 144 students in Krathiamwittaya schools in Mathayomsuksa 2; in the first semester of academic year 2022 were population. All Mathayomsuksa 2/1 students (n=35) were the samples selected by simple random sampling. The research instruments consisted of learning management plans, Instructional packages, and pre-and post-learning achievement tests. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, E₁/E₂, and E.I. values.

The results of this research showed that 1) the efficiency of the instructional package development was 83.88/85.00 which was higher than the set criteria; 2)a comparison of different achievement levels and test scores before and after learning using instructional package; found that after studying higher than before studying significantly at the .05 level, and 3) the effectiveness index of the instructional package was 0.6335, confirming that the development of sample students in the research increased by 63.35 percent.
