Needs for Curriculum Administration Focusing on Student Learning Outcomes in Lamphun Municipal Schools

This survey-based research aims to explore current conditions, desirable conditions and needs for curriculum administration focusing on student learning outcomes in Lamphun Municipal Schools. The study encompasses a total of 116 participants, including 4 school directors and 112 teachers. The tool used in research is questionnaire. Statistical methods for data analysis are mean and standard deviation.
The research findings suggest that, when considering the Priority Needs Index (PNI Modified) for curriculum management aimed at the learning outcomes of students in municipal schools in Lamphun Province, it was found that curriculum development (0.31) holds the highest priority needs index, followed by curriculum management operations (0.28), curriculum management process improvement (0.26), action planning for curriculum implementation (0.26), school readiness preparation (0.25), supervision, guidance, monitoring, and evaluation (0.24). Lastly, the lowest PNI value was the summary of operational (0.19).
