Study of Student Satisfaction to Provide Student Dormitory Services of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University Mae Rim Center, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province Year 2023

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of student satisfaction with the student dormitory service at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Mae Rim Campus 2) to investigate the personal factors of students that influence their satisfaction levels with dormitory services at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Mae Rim Campus. The total population consisted of 2,866 dormitory students, from which a sample of 345 students was selected using stratified random sampling based on gender, academic year, and dormitory residence. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using mean, standard deviation, t-tests, and F-tests.
The results showed that students were highly satisfied with the dormitory services overall, particularly in terms of safety ( = 6.51) , physical facilities (
= 6.45) , services and welfare (
= 6.44) and activities (
= 6.43) . Satisfaction in all areas was rated at a high level.
Additionally, differences in gender, academic year, and dormitory residence had no statistically at a 0.05 significance level across the four evaluated aspects: safety, physical facilities, services and welfare, and activities.
