การพัฒนาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนเอกชนเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ในยุค BANI World

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์แนวทางการพัฒนาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครในบริบทของโลกยุค BANI World โดยใช้วิธีการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากเอกสาร แนวคิด ทฤษฎี และ งานวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ BANI World ภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษา ภาวะผู้นำเชิงการเปลี่ยนแปลง ภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำ ภาวะผู้นำเชิงปรับตัว และการบริหารองค์กรในยุคดิจิทัล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุค BANI จำเป็นต้องมีสมรรถนะสำคัญ ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ การบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ และความสามารถในการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ทั้งนี้ ผู้เขียนได้สังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เป็น “BANI Educational Leadership Development Model” ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่ Strategic Leadership, Adaptive Leadership, Innovative Leadership, Emotional Intelligence Leadership และLearning Organization Leadership เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาให้สามารถบริหารจัดการองค์กรทางการศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพภายใต้บริบทของความไม่แน่นอนและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกยุคใหม่ อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืน
