The Development of Private School Administrators in Bangkok in the BANI World Era

Abstract

This academic article aims to analyze and synthesize approaches for the development of private school administrators in Bangkok within the context of the BANI World. The study employs a literature review and content analysis of documents, concepts, theories, and academic works related to the BANI World, educational leadership, transformational leadership, super leadership, adaptive leadership, and organizational management in the digital era.

The findings indicate that school administrators in the BANI era must possess essential competencies, including strategic thinking, change management, innovative leadership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build learning organizations. Based on the synthesis of knowledge, the author proposes the “BANI Educational Leadership Development Model,” which consists of five key components: Strategic Leadership, Adaptive Leadership, Innovative Leadership, Emotional Intelligence Leadership, and Learning Organization Leadership.

This model serves as a framework for developing school administrators capable of effectively managing educational organizations under conditions of uncertainty and rapid change in the modern world. Ultimately, the model contributes to the sustainable development of educational quality and organizational adaptability in the future educational landscape.
