การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ(1)ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงของการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทในวิทยาลัยและมหาวิทยาลัยในจังหวัดมณฑลเหลียวหนิง; (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงในการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทในวิทยาลัยและมหาวิทยาลัยในจังหวัดมณฑลเหลียวหนิง
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ผู้นำจากวิทยาลัยและที่ปรึกษา 469 527 จากมหาวิทยาลัย โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนตัวอย่างของผู้นำและอาจารย์ในวิทยาลัยและมหาวิทยาลัยได้รับการยืนยัน คนที่รู้หลักคือผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยคณบดีวิทยาลัยศิลปะและอาจารย์ศิลปะ โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่สถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารความเสี่ยงการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท ในวิทยาลัยและมหาวิทยาลัยในจังหวัดมณฑลเหลียวหนิงประกอบด้วยห้าส่วน (2)การตรวจสอบองค์ประกอบประสิทธิผลของการจัดการคุณภาพการศึกษาของหลักสูตรการออกแบบศิลปะในมหาวิทยาลัยสังกัดมณฑลเหลียวหนิง พบว่า สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ ความเป็นไปได้ ความเหมาะสม และความถูกต้องครอบคลุม
