An Analytical Study of Concepts and Theories of the Administrator based on the Buddhist Philosophy

Abstract

This article focuses on answering questions about administrators according to the concepts and theories of Buddhist philosophy. The result of the study found that the concepts and theories of Buddhist philosophy are the doctrines that the Lord Buddha spread out to the people. Besides, he has used Buddhist philosophy in administrating the Sangha since his lifetime; therefore the Lord Buddha has been continually accepted. But now a day, the current situation people concentrate on technological development more than ever the past time. According to the result show that if people and society neglect to morals and ethics that would cause many social problems although the administration of organizations was ineffective and also the personnel was without morality and ethics as well. Therefore, the concepts and theories of Buddhist philosophy are necessary for the administrator in the organization to apply in the administrating, therefore benefit of the organization and the general society.
