The research article entitled “Spiritual Well-being Leadership: An Analytic, Appreciative, and Applicative Study” aimed to analyze, appreciate, and apply the concept of spiritual well-being leadership. The study employed a qualitative philosophical research methodology through documentary analysis, conceptual interpretation, and knowledge synthesis derived from leadership theories, spiritual well-being concepts, and related Buddhist philosophy. The findings revealed that spiritual well-being leadership was grounded in the inner development of human beings and consisted of self-awareness, ethical wisdom, compassion, meaning-centered work, and social responsibility. These qualities contributed to the enhancement of trust, intrinsic motivation, and organizational climates characterized by learning and collaboration. In addition, the applicative findings suggested that leadership development should be promoted through mindfulness practice, reflective contemplation, the integration of ethical principles into management processes, and organizational transformation based on social responsibility in order to foster sustainable human and organizational development.
