This study employed a survey research design. The sample consisted of 234 master’s degree students in Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Bangkokthonburi University. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).
The findings revealed that: (1) The digital leadership readiness of master’s degree students in Educational Administration at Bangkokthonburi University was overall at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was Digital Ethics and Responsibility, followed by Digital Communication and Collaboration, Digital Technology Competency, Digital Vision and Strategy, and the aspect with the lowest mean was Transformational Leadership in the Digital Age. (2) After model adjustment, the confirmatory factor analysis model demonstrated an excellent fit with the empirical data, as indicated by $\chi^2$ = 222.416, p = 0.0867, $\chi^2/df$ = 1.141, CFI = 0.996, TLI = 0.994, GFI = 0.989, AGFI = 0.980, SRMR = 0.023, and RMSEA = 0.025. All goodness-of-fit indices met the specified criteria. This confirms that the developed model is appropriate and effective for explaining the components of digital leadership readiness.
