Dialogue: Instrument of Moderate Postmodern Paradigm

The objective of the research was to study the basis of philosophy of dialogue with the philosophical analysis of the philosophy of dialogue, the philosophical paradigm of thought, and philosophy of psychology. The results showed that: 1) dialogue were based on philosophy; 2) it had different emphasis on different philosophical paradigms; 3) it was recognized as a tool;? 4) Phenomenology was used as a guide; 5) it was the tool of conflict resolving; and 6) a process for improving the quality of human life. Furthermore, the principle and technique was suggested by the expertise to adopt with the Thai context and cultures, bracket and signified for the bias reduction, deep listening is need, be observer, mutual respect each other, no leader and could practice for know thyself. This research can be applied to the management of good dialogue. Learning process and lifelong learning for everyone.
