Factors Affecting Consumer Satisfaction in Purchasing Sound Pads

Abstract

The research aims to investigate the satisfaction of customers in sound pad selection and to study factors affecting the sound pad selection. The random sampling was used to select participants of 200 customers who used sound pads. The tool to collect data was questionnaire. The data were analyzed by statistics, namely, percentage, mean, S.D., t-test, and One-Way Anova. The findings show that most customers were very satisfied with the Marketing Mix 7Ps. Considering each item, it was found that the Place was in high level while others were also in high level, Product, People, Process, Physical Evidence and Presentation, Price, and Promotion, respectively. Additionally, the customers were very satisfied with service factors in overall picture in high level. Considering each item, it was revealed that the most satisfaction level was high for Service Quality while the next ranked were Store Attributes, Product Quality, and Price Strategy, respectively that they also received high satisfaction level. The comparison analysis of satisfaction level in the Sound Pad selection categorizing into personal factors and the Marketing Mix 7Ps showed that the differences of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence and Presentation, and Process could influence the satisfaction level in Sound Pad selection with statistical significance at .05.
