A Study of Problems and Development of Nondestructive Inspection Personnel

The objective of this research was to study problems and development of nondestructive Inspection Personnel. The sample of this research was 222 companies. The questionnaire was used for data collection. The data were analyzed by computer program for statistical analysis. Statistics used consists of Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Chi Pearson’s Chi Square, One-way Analysis of Variance, and Scheffe Pair Comparison Analysis.
The research results revealed that the majority of samples were the medium companies (50 to 100 employees). The form of organization was the limited company operated for 6 to 10 years. Most samples had the position as the supervisor. The important problems of the employees were lack of knowledge, skill, and experience of work. Therefore, they needed to be supported and developed by the owners of the companies in training and work promotion.
