The Analysis of the Perspectives toward Room Division Management in Resort Business for Preserving Environment of Room Accommodation: A Case Study of Resort Business in Tambon Sarika, Nakhon Nayok Province

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the perspectives toward the resort business management for preserving environment of the accommodation business to determine the method of lodging management for the preserving environment. The study investigated 100 samples which included entrepreneurs, staff, and customers of the resort business in Tambon Sarika, Nakhon Nayok Province. According to the data collected from questionnaires, it was found that the perspectives towards the resort business management for preserving the environment had the overall mean score at 3.81. The room division management aspect got the highest mean score at 3.96; and the tools and utilities in providing services received the lowest mean score at 3.67. The results suggested focusing on the improvement of the tools and utilities that were used in the room accommodation for preserving the environment.
