Abstract

The article on “Intangible Cultural Heritage and Intellectual Property: Limitations and Legal Gap” has the purpose to be an introductory survey on cultural heritage, in particular, the intangible cultural heritage with aspects related to intellectual property law, both at the international level and national level. It is an introductory survey what legal limitations or gaps should be considered especially in a globalized world.
