บทความเรื่อง มรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา : ข้อจำกัดและช่องว่างทางกฎหมาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นการสำรวจเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งมรดกวัฒนธรรมที่จับต้องไม่ได้หรือมรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมกับแง่มุมเกี่ยวข้องกับกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาว่ามีข้อจำกัดหรือช่องว่างทางกฎหมายใดที่ควรพิจารณาถึงโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในโลกยุคโลกาภิวัตน์
