Quality of Life of Personnel in Phu Khieo District Prison Chaiyaphum

Abstract

The main objective of this research was to study the quality of life of personnel in Phu Khieo District Prison. Chaiyaphum The research population was 80 personnel in Phu Khiao District Prison. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts content and statistics used for data analysis. Are descriptive statistics such as number, percentage, mean and standard deviation for studying general population data. The inferential statistics were T-test and F-test for comparing the quality of life of personnel in Phu Khieo District Prison. Chaiyaphum classified by sex, age, educational level, work group, work experience and average monthly income.
The results showed that :- Quality of life of personnel in Phu Khieo District Prison Chaiyaphum Overall, it was at a high level (μ = 3.88, σ = 0.54) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was overall work-life balance (μ = 4.22, σ = 0.82), secondary. Down is the nature of the job that promotes growth. The aspect with the lowest mean was the law-based nature of work. or the judicial process and respect for individual rights (μ = 3.45, σ = 0.85). The results of comparing the quality of life of personnel in Phu Khieo District Prison Chaiyaphum classified by sex, age, educational level, work group, work experience and average monthly income Overall, it was found that Phu Khieo District Prison personnel, gender, age, education level, work group, work experience and different average monthly income Opinions on the quality of work life No different. Recommendations guidelines for improving the quality of life of personnel in Phu Khieo District Prisons should be given opportunities for all officers to express their opinions. or suggestions about the work that they do on a regular basis.
