Inside-Out Blasting: An Analytic, Appreciative and Applicative Study

Abstract

          This study was conducted to analyze, appreciate, and apply the King’s working principles in respect with the inside-out blasting. This study was done by studying and gathering the information from all related documents and research studies regarding the working principles of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. The results showed as follows. 1) Inside-out blasting coming from self-awareness would be strong enough to solve problems sincerely, to be determined to understand, accept, and overcome any problems and obstacles resistibly whereas this inside-out blasting would benefit the practitioners and surrounding people. 2) The value from inside-out blasting made awareness of the problems occurred, inspired to find out the answers under 3 courage principles, that is, being courage to confront problems, being courage to assess the practice methods, and being courage to perform responsibly. 3. The process of this working principle included 3 stages: 1) using inspiration as the leader; 2) using the systematic study as the follower; and            3) having the quality of life as the target.
