Lean Capability, Learning Organization, and Entrepreneurial Orientation Influencing Firm Performance of Furniture Business in Bangkok after Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to analyze the correlation among lean capability, learning organization and entrepreneurial orientation consist innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking and firm performance and 2) to analyze lean capability, learning organization and entrepreneurial orientation consist innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking influencing firm performance. The research was quantitative. The questionnaire was used as the tool for data collection from furniture business in Bangkok in Thailand. The data was analyzed in term of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated as follows: 1) Firm performance had the relationship by statistic significance at .01 level, as learning organization, lean capability, and risk-taking, innovativeness and proactiveness the correlation coefficient equal to 0.703 0.681 0.681 0.619 และ 0.581 respectively. 2) The factors influencing the firm performance was the risk-taking , learning organization and lean capability had the predictive power for 57.40 %, R2 value equal to .5740 by statistical significance at .01 level.
