Causal Factors Affecting Change Management of Development Tourism Business in Thailand to Excellence Organization in Digital Economy Era

Abstract

This research aims: 1) to examine the consistency of model with the empirical data that influence to change management of development tourism business in Thailand to excellence organization in digital economy era 2) to study the direct, indirect, and overall influence factors of change management of tourism business development in Thailand to be excellence organizations in digital economy era. Data were collected from 390 tourism entrepreneurs. Technique used to analyze the data was structural equation model (SEM).

The results revealed that the consistency of the structural equation model was related. All indicators passed the benchmark, P-Value = 0.376, GFI = 0.976, AGFI = 0.963, CFI = 0.998, RMSEA = 0.011, and RMR = 0.021. It can be concluded that the results of this analysis are consistent with the empirical data. The results of path analysis found that the factors of transformational leadership, corporate entrepreneurship, and change management with the overall influence of 0.550, 0.392, and 0.426 respectively at .01 statistical significant level. The research also found transformational leadership factor, corporate entrepreneurship factor, and change management factor can together explain 60.4 percent (R2 = 0.604) of Thailand excellence organization of tourism business
