About the Journal

The Siam University Journal of Business Administration ISSN 3057-0654 (Online) changed its name from Siam Academic Journal (ISSN 1513-1076), which published its first issue in 1998. It is published by the Faculty of Business Administration, Siam University, with the aim of disseminating knowledge and academic works covering the fields of business administration, management, finance, banking, marketing, economics, and accounting. The journal has transitioned to an online-only format since Volume 25, Issue 2 (July–December 2024). The name change aligns with its objectives and international standards to provide diverse information to readers, authors, expert reviewers, and to benefit the academic field of business administration and society. Its goal is to compile and publish academic works and to serve as a medium for the exchange of knowledge in the aforementioned fields among faculty members, researchers, scholars, students, and other interested individuals.

Objective 

To collect and publish academic works in business administration, management, finance, banking, marketing, economics, and accounting.

Scope & Types of articles

Articles to be considered for publication must be research articles, academic articles, book reviews, or review articles. This should be related to business administration, management, finance, banking, marketing, economics, or accounting.

Publication Frequency: bi–annually 

2 issues per year 
• Issue 1 January - June, published in June
• Issue 2 July - December, published in December

Peer Review Process 

Articles to be published in the Journal must be reviewed by qualified persons screening articles in related fields in the form of Double-Blind Peer Review, with at least 3 persons per article.

While more than half of the peer reviewers agreed that the article should be published, the opinions expressed within it represent the independent views of the authors. Each author certifies that their article does not infringe on the copyright of others. The journal and the peer reviewers only provided opinions regarding the quality of the content and the appropriateness of the presentation style. The Siam University Journal of Business Administration and the peer reviewers are not responsible for any opinions expressed or the authors' rights to publish and disseminate their work.

Publication Fees

Announcement: Adjustment of Article Publication Fees for the Siam University Journal of Business Administration  (Year 2028)

The Siam University Journal of Business Administration (E-ISSN: 3057-0654) hereby announces an adjustment to its article publication fees, with details as follows:

The new publication fee rates will apply to articles published in the journal starting from Volume 29, Issue 52 (January–June 2028) onwards:

  • Thai-language articles: 6,500 Baht per article
  • English-language articles: 7,500 Baht per article

Collection of publication fees: Fees are collected after the article passes the preliminary screening process. Approximately one week after the article is submitted and subsequently approved during the editorial board's preliminary screening, the journal will issue a payment request. This is a one-time payment; the journal will not charge any additional fees thereafter.

This announcement is effective from 16 September 2026 onwards.

Submitting Articles

Authors can submit articles on the homepage of the journal website at https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/sujba. Go to the “Register” menu and log in to submit articles online (read the instructions from the Author’s Guide and then follow the instructions provided by the system).
