The Development of Public Services for The Sub District Administrative Organization in Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

This research aims to (1) study the public services effecting the sub district administrative organization in Nakhon Pathom province and (2) to propose the development of public services for the sub district administrative organization in Nakhon Pathom province. The samples in this research were 64 service recipients from the sub district administrative organization in Nakhon Pathom province. The research uses interviews for data collection. The results showed that

1. The public services effects of the sub district administrative organization in Nakorn Pathom province summarized in 4 aspects: (1) aspect to the welfare for the citizens, (2) aspect to the public services, (3) aspect to the local tax systems, and (4) aspect to official permission. The strength is officials service quality, which make the most recipient impress in services and suggest in services like a professionals, which will affects in the future cooperation and weakness is the sub district administrative organization cannot prepare quality water because the organizations do not have enough potential to make the standards required. As well as providing related information to the activities of the sub district administrative organization cannot be thoroughly done and continuously. Opportunities is external agencies as an associate network to share implement in the area, district and province with budget support, equipment, participation and lack of opportunities to participate in activities with the sub district administrative organization including lack of a good conscience to develop their local as well, which often wait for the organization to carry on alone.

Guidelines to developmental of public services for the sub district administrative organization in Nakhon Pathom province as follows (1) assign activities to develop incentives for perform to officials such as scores awarded by the community including the award is given to the effect of the salary and being promoted (2) hiring a professional agency to prepare a water supply such as the sub district administrative organization be having a field potential, provincial waterworks authority to raise standards and maximize benefits to the community (3) Coordinate to the network associates for join the activities of the sub district administrative organization and (4) determine the activities to create the public consciousness and self reliance to create a strong community in the future.
