Blended Learning Approach and the Future of Education Management in New Normal Society

Blended Learning is a learning process which is in line of lives of people in modern society, where digital technology plays an important role in everyday living. It is also a suitable form for use a current situation due to changes in technology, way of life, and disturbances in human society such as COVID-19 which effect in people everyday activities. Blended Learning is a combination many forms of teaching and learning activities and the mains are 1) classroom instruction, 2) e-learning, 3) self-directed learning, 4) learning in real situations. The advantages of blended learning are 1) responding to needs of different learning styles, 2) responding to the use of technology in everyday life, 3) contributing to the maximum development of both instructors and learners, 4) decreasing in cost of educational management, and 5) coordinating with Credit Bank system, MOOCs, and Life Long Learning. The main factors of learning success are 1) instructors with subject knowledge and technological skill, 2) learners who understand and is ready to learn, 3) educational institutes to support, and 4) the availabilities of resources, especially computer equipment, software, and network system. As learners are familiar with classroom teaching and using technology in their everyday lives, the combination of these things will support the reality of learning in technological driven world. Blended Learning is a New Normal of proper guidance and education of human life for now and future.
