An Analytical Study on Concepts and Theories of Administrator in the Western and the Eastern

Abstract

In this article, the author wants to discuss the administrator based on the Western and Eastern concepts. The study found that the two concepts have opposite approaches, which are executives based on Western concepts, with emphasis on power and vision. It is a modular administration system and focuses on science-based work systems. Therefore, the organization has grown as a leap forward. However for the Eastern administrator tend to look at holistic work which emphasizing social values as the norm; furthermore, focusing on a compromised and giving importance to all members of the organization along with the growth of the organization sustainably and steadily.
