ภาระภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มกับคุณภาพของส่วนต่างรายสาขาในร้านยาเครือข่าย

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 4 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการดำเนินงานของร้านยาเครือข่ายรายสาขาโดยใช้ตัวชี้วัดด้านยอดขาย กำไรขั้นต้น อัตรากำไรขั้นต้น และตัวชี้วัดด้านภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอัตรากำไรขั้นต้นกับตัวชี้วัดด้านภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 3) เพื่อพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดแบบบูรณาการสำหรับการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานรายสาขา และ 4) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบลำดับของสาขาระหว่างการประเมินแบบดั้งเดิมกับการประเมินแบบบูรณาการ การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณแบบย้อนหลัง โดยใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากร้านยาเครือข่ายแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย จำนวน 5 สาขา ครอบคลุมปี ค.ศ. 2024–2025 รวม 10 หน่วยข้อมูลระดับสาขาต่อปี ตัวแปรที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ ยอดขายไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ต้นทุนขาย กำไรขั้นต้น อัตรากำไรขั้นต้น ภาษีขาย ภาษีซื้อ และภาษีนำส่ง รวมทั้งตัวแปรอนุพันธ์ ได้แก่ อัตราส่วนภาษีนำส่งต่อยอดขาย สัดส่วนภาษีซื้อต่อภาษีขาย อัตราส่วนภาษีนำส่งต่อกำไรขั้นต้น และอัตราส่วนกำไรขั้นต้นหลังหักภาระภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มต่อยอดขาย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การจัดอันดับ และสหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ยอดขายรวมของเครือข่ายลดลงจาก 30.83 ล้านบาทในปี 2024 เหลือ 29.62 ล้านบาทในปี 2025 แต่อัตรากำไรขั้นต้นรวมเพิ่มจากร้อยละ 48.45 เป็น 49.92 และอัตราส่วนกำไรขั้นต้นหลังหักภาระภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มต่อยอดขายเพิ่มจากร้อยละ 45.06 เป็น 46.42 สาขา 02 มีผลการดำเนินงานโดดเด่นที่สุดในปี 2025 เมื่อพิจารณาทั้งการเติบโตของยอดขาย คุณภาพของส่วนต่าง และผลการจัดอันดับแบบบูรณาการ สำหรับการเปรียบเทียบลำดับสาขา พบว่าการจัดอันดับแบบบูรณาการเปลี่ยนลำดับจากการพิจารณาอัตรากำไรขั้นต้นเพียงเล็กน้อยในปี 2024 และให้ผลใกล้เคียงกันมากในปี 2025 นอกจากนี้ อัตรากำไรขั้นต้นมีความสัมพันธ์สูงมากกับตัวชี้วัดด้านภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มหลายรายการ เนื่องจากตัวชี้วัดดังกล่าวมีโครงสร้างการคำนวณร่วมกันในข้อมูลชุดนี้ ดังนั้น ข้อมูลภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มจึงมีคุณค่าในเชิงบริหารสำหรับการติดตามภาระภาษีและการตีความคุณภาพของส่วนต่าง แต่ยังไม่ได้เพิ่มสารสนเทศใหม่อย่างเป็นอิสระจากอัตรากำไรขั้นต้นอย่างชัดเจนในบริบทขององค์กรนี้
