Abstract
The objective of this research is to study the relationship between organizational factors, user-related factors, system quality factors, and consultant support factors and the success of SAP system implementation in ABC Company Limited in terms of satisfaction and result. This research employs a qualitative methodology, using a structured questionnaire to collect data from 140 samples which are accounting employees of the ABC Company Limited. The research found that organizational factors, user-related factors, system quality factors and consultant support factors significantly influence the success of SAP system implementation. The analysis shows a statistically significant relationship at the 0.01 level (p-value = 0.00), with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.682, indicating a strong positive relationship. This suggests that increased support and enhancement of these factors collectively contribute to a higher level of success in SAP system implementation.
