ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความไว้วางใจของผู้บริโภคในการซื้อเสื้อผ้าแฟชั่นผ่านแพลตฟอร์มวิดีโอสั้นระดับสากลในรูปแบบ “ไลฟ์ คอมเมิร์ซ”

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ปัจจัยความสัมพันธ์เชิงพาราโซเชียล การปรากฏตัวทางสังคม ความสอดคล้องระหว่างผู้บริโภคกับสินค้า ความสอดคล้องระหว่างอินฟลูเอนเซอร์กับสินค้า การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสินค้า และความเป็นที่นิยมตามกระแส ที่ส่งผลต่อความไว้วางใจของผู้บริโภคในการซื้อเสื้อผ้าแฟชั่นผ่านแพลตฟอร์มวิดีโอสั้นระดับสากลในรูปแบบ “ไลฟ์ คอมเมิร์ซ” งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริโภคที่เคยมีประสบการณ์รับชมและซื้อเสื้อผ้าแฟชั่นผ่านแพลตฟอร์มวิดีโอสั้นระดับสากลในรูปแบบ “ไลฟ์ คอมเมิร์ซ” จำนวน 288 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ และสถิติอนุมาน ได้แก่ วิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศหญิง อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 21 – 30 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้ต่อเดือน 15,000 – 20,000 บาท และมีอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนหรือรับจ้าง ส่วนใหญ่ซื้อเสื้อผ้าแฟชั่นผ่าน ไลฟ์ คอมเมิร์ซ แพลตฟอร์ม ติ๊กต็อก ไลฟ์ (TikTok Live) ความถี่ในการรับชมเสื้อผ้าแฟชั่นผ่านไลฟ์ คอมเมิร์ซ เดือนละ 1 – 2 ครั้ง ใช้เวลาในการรับชมแต่ละครั้ง 16 – 30 นาที มีการซื้อเสื้อผ้าแฟชั่นเฉลี่ย เดือนละ 2 – 3 ครั้ง ยอดใช้จ่ายต่อครั้ง เป็นจำนวน 300 – 599 บาท ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่าปัจจัยด้านการปรากฏตัวทางสังคม มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความไว้วางใจของผู้บริโภคในการซื้อเสื้อผ้าผ่านแพลตฟอร์มวิดีโอสั้นระดับสากลในรูปแบบ “ไลฟ์ คอมเมิร์ซ”อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05
