Aims
The School of Law, Sripatum University, publishes the Sripatum Law  Journal as an academic journal is intended for students, lecturers, researchers, and scholars both within and outside the institution. It aims to disseminate academic work in the form of scholarly articles and research papers, promoting and supporting the dissemination of knowledge in the fields of criminal law, public law, business law, international law, international trade law, intellectual property law, civil and commercial law, as well as political science, public administration, education, educational administration innovation, sociology, and interdisciplinary studies. The journal seeks to reach academic circles and the general public with the goal of becoming a national and internationally recognized publication.

Creative AI Use Policy for Authors
     The Sripatum Law Journal recognizes the development of AI technology that can support the creation of academic writing. To ensure transparency, accuracy, and adherence to academic principles in the use of AI, the following policy has been established for authors:
     1. Disclosure of AI Use: Authors must inform the editor if they use AI tools to assist in writing or preparing article content, whether it be drafting, translation, or creating academic illustrations. The form and role of the AI ​​must be clearly specified. Authors must indicate to the editor in blue text which sections of the article were assisted or prepared using AI. (Note: The use of AI to assist in writing or preparing content must not exceed 20% of the article.)
     2. Academic Quality Control: Content created or assisted by AI must be reviewed and edited by the author to ensure that the information is academically accurate and meets the journal's reliability standards.
     3. Copyright Infringement Prevention 4. Credit and Citations: When using AI to create content, authors are prohibited from using copyrighted material or media that infringes on the rights of third parties. If using AI-generated content or images, ensure that it is suitable for public use.
     4. Promoting Author Creativity: While AI may be used to create content, data, or illustrative media, proper attribution is crucial. This includes specifying the AI ​​tool and its model for transparency and fairness to readers.
     5. Encouraging Author Creativity: Authors may use AI as a tool to assist in analysis, structuring, or idea generation, but are not permitted to replace the author in writing the entire article. Authors must play a significant role in summarizing, analyzing, and presenting academic content themselves.

Article Submission and Publication Fees
The Sripatum Law  Journal, School of Law, Sripatum University, does not charge any submission or publication fees.
(Except in cases where the author wishes to withdraw the article and the journal has already sent the article to reviewers, the author will be responsible for the costs according to the rates or conditions set by the journal.)

Peer Review
     All published manuscripts undergo academic review by a double-blind peer review process, where the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other. A total of three external reviewers from various institutions review these materials.
