Abstract

 


In this research The objective is to develop digital marketing promotion strategies. for public relations of community products The target group is community product entrepreneurs. Nong Yaeng Subdistrict, San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province, 50 cases research tools It consists of a structured questionnaire. Focus group interview and participant action research (Participatory (Action Research: PAR) data were analyzed using Content Analysis The results of the research revealed that 1) The strengths of Nong Yaeng sub-district community products are products that are beneficial to health. There is a non-toxic production process. 2) Promotion of digital marketing for community products in Nong Yaeng Sub-District with advertising and public relations promotion individual sales and direct marketing promotion at a low level. Little skill in digital communication technology 3) Improvement guidelines Products and packaging should be developed to be attractive and meet the needs of customers. Help expand the market to reach the target customers. Facilitate selection and purchase of goods By adding channels to promote products on various social media such as Facebook page that has the highest number of users today. drive popular community products and meet the needs of the market even more
