The journal aims to 1) publish in print and online type of academic and research articles for authors who work both in the university or external organization, 2) to be a source of supporting education, research, and integration of knowledge enhanced preservation, restoration, promotion, development and increasing the value of arts, culture and local wisdom, 3) to complete the mission of the Office of Arts and Culture and Surindra Rajabhat University.
The journal has been accepted for inclusion in TCI Tier 1
By the TCI Center, certifying the quality of journals from January 1st, 2025 - December 31st, 2029.
The office of Arts and Culture, Surindra Rajabhat University, publishes this journal for the academic publication of two types of articles in both academic and research articles, both in Thai and English languages version.
The Journal publishes three issues a year as follows:
- The first No. is in the month of January - April.
- The second No. is in the month of May - August.
- The third No. is in the month of September - December.
The journal publishes 16 - 20 articles per issue and it will start from 2025 onwards.
The scope of this journal includes:
- Arts and Culture, Learning Resources, and Local Wisdom
- Interdisciplinary Humanities and Social Sciences
- Education and Integration of Science for Conservation and Inheritance
- Creative Economy using Cultural Capital

Three peer reviewers will assess all articles who are experts on the related subjects with a double-blind review system. The Journal process strictly follows the ethical framework and publication ethics.
