Digital Leadership of Administrators and the Quality of Education in Schools under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This study aimed to: 1. Study the level of digital leadership of school administrators under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 2. Study the level of educational quality of schools under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; and 3. Study the relationship between digital leadership of administrators and educational quality of schools under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample consisted of 314 teachers and personnel from 90 schools under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression.

             Research Findings Summary : Digital Leadership of School Administrators: The overall level of digital leadership was found to be at a High level. The dimension with the highest mean score was Image Building, followed by Learning Engagement and Student Outcomes. Other dimensions (Creating Opportunities, Communication, Professional Learning and Growth, and Public Relations) were ranked in descending order accordingly.

             Educational Quality of Schools: The overall quality was rated at a High level. The dimensions, ranked from highest to lowest mean scores, are as follows: Student Quality, Administration and Management Process, and Student-Centered Instructional Process.

             Hypothesis Testing Results: The study found that the digital leadership of school administrators has a positive correlation with the educational quality of schools under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service extremity Office Area 1, with statistical significance at the .05 level. The predictive power (Coefficient of Determination) or shared variance accounted for 67.90%.
