Happy Working According to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great’s Working Principles

Abstract

The objective of this research article was to analyze happy working according to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great’s working principles. The methodology was based on the qualitative research by studying and compiling all documents and research papers relating to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great’s working principles. The result indicated that happy working according to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great’s working principles derived from working by expecting the public happiness as the first objective, and by expecting the public to be released from suffering as the second objective. Such working has been done to “heal trouble and nourish happiness for general people, which deemed happiness arising out from satiable mind, sharing with pure mind, and no expectation for returns. The outcome of healing trouble and nourishing happiness was the general people’s better quality of life; generosity by knowledge, love, harmony, balanced and stable mind; recognition of meaningful living by recognizing, caring for, and sharing, being friendly to the environment, and creating good relationship with the environment.
