Problems Relating to Behavior Development of Inmates of Phu Khieo District Prison Officer Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract

The main objective of this research was to study the problem of behavior development of inmates of the Phu Khieo District Prison Officer. Chaiyaphum Province the population used in the research was 80 prison officers in Phu Khieo District. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts content. Statistics used in data analysis. Are descriptive statistics such as number, percentage, mean and standard deviation. For general population information Inferential statistics, including T - test and F - test for comparing the problems of behavior development of inmates of the Phu Khieo District Prison Officer Chaiyaphum Province classified by gender, age, educational level, work group, work experience and average monthly income.
The results showed that Problems relating to behavior development of inmates of Phu Khieo District Prison Officer Chaiyaphum Province Overall, it was at a moderate level (μ = 3.44, σ = 0.56) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was the staff working on behavior development of prisoners (μ = 3.53, σ = 0.75). followed by management (μ = 3.48, σ = 0.75) and the least mean aspect was location (μ = 3.34, σ = 0.89). Inmates of Phu Khieo District Prison Officer Chaiyaphum Province classified by gender, age, educational level, work group, work experience and average monthly income Overall, it was found that the Prison Officers of Phu Khiao District Chaiyaphum Province with gender, age, education level, work group, work experience and average monthly income different There was a problem in the practice of behavior development of inmates. No different. Recommendations and guidelines for the development of behavioral development of inmates of the Phu Khieo District Prison Officers include: there should be a clear and concrete policy on rehabilitation of inmates and should be assigned to any agency in the prison to implement action.
