Policy implementation

The problem of implementing a policy is relating to many factors. Especially affecting the success and failure of the policy. To consider that there is any problem with implementing policy and how is it, therefore, it can not be one way described. It must be considered case by case, including to understand the concepts and processes of policy although the structure of government administration as well round.
